Orfeo Ayuda flips the usual remote-support model: instead of controlling a device, your kids see your screen and guide you with on-screen pointers while you stay in control and tap everything yourself. Built for parents and grandparents who get stuck on their phone and want patient, visual help from family without giving up control of the device.

How it works: they open the app and tap Ask for help, they read you a 6-digit code, you enter it, and they allow screen sharing. A banner on their phone says you are watching, they can hang up at any time, and the code stops working when the session ends. We don't store the video, and they don't need an account.
Pricing: the first 3 help sessions of the first month are free. The Family plan is paid by the helper, not by your parents. No ads.
This is not parental control or a remote desktop: it's built for helping the people who helped you. I'd love to hear how you handle family tech support today.
