Orbit.me connects to Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Google Messages and your calendars, then groups everything into Orbits: family, work, the kitchen renovation. Each Topic shows where things stand and what needs you. Free on web, iOS and Android.

Hi Product Hunt,
Life doesn't arrive in one place. The school reminder lands in Gmail, the plumber texts on WhatsApp, and Mom's appointment is buried in a thread from three weeks ago. Nothing is lost, exactly. It's just scattered, and you're the one holding it all together in your head.
We built Orbit.me to carry that for you. Connect your accounts and Orbit groups everything into Orbits, the real things you're juggling: Emma's school, Mom's care, the kitchen renovation, a client project. Each Orbit has Topics that tell you where things stand, which dates just moved, and who's waiting on you. The original messages are always one tap away.
A few things we'd love you to try:
Ask a question in plain language, like "What did the contractor quote?" or "When is the parent-teacher conference?" Orbit answers from your own messages and shows you the ones it used.
Open My Day to see your events and to-dos, each linked back to where it came from.
Ask Orbit to draft a reply or handle a small task. It asks you before anything is sent.
On privacy, since we'd ask the same: your messages are encrypted with a key unique to you, and they're decrypted only inside a hardware-isolated enclave. They're never used to train anything. You can see the source behind every summary, correct Orbit when it's wrong, and delete your data and account whenever you want.
Orbit works with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo and other IMAP email, WhatsApp, Google Messages, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. It's free on the web, iPhone and Android.
We're a small team, and we read everything. What's the one thing you wish someone would keep track of for you? And if Orbit gets something wrong, tell us here. That's how it gets better.
Luis, from the Orbit.me team
