👋 Hi Product Hunt! We're excited to introduce OptyStack.
Modern organizations rely on dozens of SaaS applications, but managing them efficiently has become increasingly difficult. Unused licenses, Shadow IT, Shadow AI, and missed renewals often lead to unnecessary costs and security risks.
We built OptyStack to give IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams complete visibility into their SaaS ecosystem. OptyStack automatically discovers applications, optimizes licenses, detects Shadow IT and Shadow AI, and provides AI-powered insights to help organizations reduce software waste and maximize ROI.
We'd love your feedback, questions, and suggestions. Thank you for checking out OptyStack!

Would love to see a built-in Slack or Teams alert system that flags new Shadow AI tools the moment they get detected across the org, so IT can act fast instead of digging through dashboards.

honestly the shadow IT detection caught me off guard, it flagged like three apps i forgot we even had running. nice to finally see where the budget is actually going.

honestly the shadow AI detection piece is super relevant right now, but it'd be even more useful if you could flag which shadow tools are actually duplicating something the company already pays for, with a one click swap suggestion. basically turn "you have 47 unknown AI apps" into "here are 6 you can replace with your existing license for tool X." that's the kind of insight that gets finance and IT on the same page fast.
