Hi everyone — I'm Roman, the creator of OpenVerb. I built OpenVerb because AIs are getting smarter, but they still can’t reliably act inside software. They generate text well, but they don’t understand what an app can do or how to safely execute tasks. OpenVerb solves this by introducing a simple, universal “verb layer” that makes your application understandable to AIs. You define verbs → your AI agent can now take real actions with clarity, safety, and structure. I built it open source because I want developers to experiment, extend it, and help define how AI should interact with software going forward.
