Great product, w/slight learning curve. It takes a little bit getting used to the UI which hurts the UX. Pros: Links shorter and QR code generator all in one The profile maker is an added bonus in my mind The ability to add links/qr codes to channels (companies) and then further refine them to campaign is nice. Things to improve: Make the process of updating/designing the QR code easier. Link shortening needs to be its own tab and need to be organized better. It can get a little overwhelming visually with logs of links.

OUTSTANDING! I'm a software engineer - and that makes me super critical of janky solutions and even less patient with poor support. But let me tell you, these folks are SUPERB. They have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to fix those weird edge cases that guys like me always seem to find. This product is first-rate, super reliable, and fast. Support is absolutely zero wait and very knowledgeable. Over the last week or so I've found myself wondering if some newer tools were somehow better, and I can say with confidence, this is so easy and so feature-rich that my fickleness has been quelled time and again. * Don't be overwhelmed by the vast number of features spilling down the left side. Just use what you need - and explore the rest as curiosity gets the better of you. Support is always 1 click away. Great work guys! MUST BUY!

It’s a great alternative to other link shorteners out there, especially with the current pricing. I had had a brief conversation with the founder some time ago and had suggested a CTA feature I thought would be great to have in the app. To my surprise, they fully implemented it in a few weeks. Support was quick. So far so good for my use.
