Interesting, tokenization is an amazing concept waiting for real application. I am wondering some questions about the product: 1. As I understood, home owners sell untill 49% of their homes but still continue living there, if they continue living there and not rent it, what are the advantages to inverstors? I suppose they only can gain something from the investiment if/when the house is sold, right? 2. If the home owner rent the house, the token owner also gain proportional part of the rent payment? 3. Has the token owner any reponsability about house expenses? I mean, tax payments, intrinsic bills, etc. 4.Is it allowed by current legislation?

Investors have the option in investing in the real estate and gaining appreciate of the property value, they don't need to a massive upfront investment to get into real estate, and can trade their portion easily. 2. Depending how we structure the deal, we could make it so that rent is split between token holders in the place is rented out or that rent is not split, that can be part an option of the contract. 3. Tax payments will be split across people who own equity. 4. This depends on how everything is structured.
