Automatically fill job applications on Workday, Greenhouse, Lever & Ashby with AI-tailored resumes. Review every application before submission. Free to start.
I applied to 400+ jobs last year and lost my mind doing it.
The breaking point was a Workday form that took me 47 minutes — for a posting that turned out to be 11 days old and probably already filled. I started tracking everything in a spreadsheet and noticed something nobody talks about: applications I sent within 48 hours of a job going live got responses ~6x more often than ones I sent a week later. Same resume, same person, just different timing.
So the problem became obvious. The advice "polish your resume, write better cover letters" is rearranging deck chairs. The real bottleneck is that no human can apply to 30 fresh postings in 48 hours when each form takes 45 minutes. You either burn out or miss the window.
OpenApplier fills out applications in ~90 seconds - Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby. You pick the jobs, you set the rules, it handles the form-filling. It's not a spray-and-pray bot, and I'm trying hard to not be the reason recruiters hate AI tools even more than they already do.
What evolved most: I started thinking I'd build a "smart matching" engine. Turned out users didn't want smarter matching - they wanted faster execution on the matches they already trusted. So I cut half the roadmap and just made the form-filling really good.
Three things I'd love feedback on:
The 48-hour timing thesis - does it match your experience job hunting?
Which ATS to add next
Pricing - currently testing what works, open to ideas
If you've been burned by auto-appliers before, I especially want to hear it. Honest critique welcome.
