I've really enjoyed using Opal the past couple of weeks and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to control their phone usage 🔥
It really helped me shorten my screen time and use social media compulsively.
The difference is Opal actually works. I thought maybe it would be gimmicky but within a few days it forever changed my relationship with my phone. It creates the right amount of friction to keep you from compulsively getting lost in distracting apps. Not only am I more focused, but I actually don't even ~want~ to interact with my phone when it's not necessary.
