I have been using Opal for around 4 months now and highly recommend it to everyone who wants to be more mindful of their screen time Mains jointes
The road is long to break this bad phone habit, and Opal is a great companion alongside you to help with that! That's a gem of an app 😉
Opal has been very helpful in helping me reduce my screen time and create better habits in my life 🙏
It's not about being culprit of your screen time, but be more mindful of it, and that's an important difference!
It really helped me shorten my screen time and use social media compulsively.
The difference is Opal actually works. I thought maybe it would be gimmicky but within a few days it forever changed my relationship with my phone. It creates the right amount of friction to keep you from compulsively getting lost in distracting apps. Not only am I more focused, but I actually don't even ~want~ to interact with my phone when it's not necessary.
