The branding is super cute and i think product much needed. I am from Georgia and the situation is exactly the same as in Kazakhstan. Those businesses have social media pages just for posting, they have hired some content maker for the fraction of money and have a chat completely deserted. Everytime i write to them, bot tells me: this is our number call us. If i wanted to call you, i would have!!! :)))
