Onstead is an iPhone app for people trying to get their time and attention back from cheap dopamine. It blocks the apps that eat your day, then gives you something better to do with that time: a daily planner, habit tracking, food logging and training, all in one place instead of five subscriptions. I built it solo after getting stuck in my own doomscrolling loop and realizing most of my friends were too. It's free to try, and I'd love brutal feedback.

Hey everyone, I'm Nathan, I built Onstead, my first app solo.
Honest reason I built it: I was addicted to dopamine. Doomscrolling, eating unhealthy, just burning hours for basically nothing. When I started actually talking about it with friends, turns out a lot of them were dealing with the same thing. I genuinely think cheap dopamine is one of the biggest threats to young men and women right now, and I wanted to do my part.
I've got ADHD too, which makes all of this way harder. I tried a bunch of apps but they were either too expensive, split across 5 different subscriptions, or missing something I needed. There was no app that did everything for me, so I built one. Onstead puts an app blocker, planner, habits, food and training in one place.
Full transparency, I'm already working on 3.0 (yes, we're launching 2.x, my bad lol). It's going to lean way harder into dopamine management and self discipline instead of being a general all-in-one app, so what you say here will shape it.
So please roast it. Tell me what sucks, what's confusing, what you'd actually use. I'll read every comment.
