So far I've registered (paid $30) for my personal version =helen and connected it to the Social Safe which is happily downloading every piece of social communication I've ever done on my networks. Then it's giving me insights. That's just the start. Still to investigate the other apps it will connect to but I have to say I'm blown away. I was using a google script to store all my tweets but that is somewhat primitive compared to what I'm getting right now! I am amazed! Business version coming shortly. The communication isn't so clear on what it does and I don't know how I actually got to the social safe but suspect it was via an email. I'll report back in as I find more out in the next few days.
