I built One Group Central after watching volunteer boards run their organizations out of email chains, Facebook groups, and paper ballots at poorly attended meetings. The same pain shows up everywhere: an HOA that misses quorum year after year, a union local ratifying a contract in a gym, and a society whose members never see the documents. So it's one private app instead of five tools: documents, announcements, chat, events, polls, a member directory, and secret-ballot voting. Every ballot goes on an append-only hash chain, and each voter gets a receipt, so the result can be checked rather than just trusted. A Long Island teachers union local runs on it today, under their own name and colors. Pricing is flat and published, $49 to $199 a month, because per-member pricing punishes exactly what these groups are trying to do: sign more people up.
