Upload the statements your bank already sends — PDF, scan, CSV, Excel or a phone photo, from any US bank. We read every transaction, reconcile to the statement's own totals, and ask about only what we genuinely can't tell: "was this $10,000 deposit sales, your own money, or a loan?" Before you pay, a coverage grid shows what we read, what we guessed, and what nobody sent. You get monthly columns, disclosure notes and a signature line, in Excel and PDF. One-time price. No subscription.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I build accounting software by day, and I kept watching the same thing happen: a small business owner gets a letter from their lender asking for a profit & loss statement, and they don't have one. They never used QuickBooks. Their books are a shoebox and a checking account.
The quote to catch up a year of books is often $3,000+, and it takes weeks. The loan does not wait weeks.
So ONE CLICK P&L starts from the one document every business already has — the statements the bank already sends you. PDF, a scan, CSV, Excel, or a photo you took with your phone. We read every transaction, reconcile to the statement's own totals, and ask about only what we genuinely can't tell:
"Was this $10,000 deposit sales, your own money, or a loan?"
Then you get monthly columns, disclosure notes about how it was prepared, a signature line, and a clear "unaudited" label — in Excel and PDF.
The part I'm most proud of is the least flashy one. Before you pay anything, we show a grid of every month of every account and what we actually have for it: a solid square means we read it, a pale one means we're guessing and haven't confirmed, a dashed outline means nobody sent that file — and we say so out loud instead of quietly leaving a hole in your numbers. A month we couldn't read isn't charged for.
What it is not: it produces draft financial statements, not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and using it does not create an accountant-client relationship. Please review the output with a licensed professional before you send it anywhere. It's made by SWCPALAB, a product of SW Accounting & Consulting Corp, a California licensed CPA firm — which is why the disclosure notes and the signature line exist at all.
No subscription. The first statement-month is free, so you can see your own real numbers before deciding. A full year on one account is $76.78.
I'd genuinely like to hear where it breaks. If your bank's statement format defeats it, tell me which bank — that's the most useful bug report I can get today.
