Hi everyone, I'm Yakiv, maker of ONDA. We launch next Wednesday.
ONDA is built on one idea: people don't quit meditation because it doesn't work, they quit because they can't see it working. So ONDA learns your personal baseline from Apple Watch (resting pulse, HRV, breathing), shows your pulse responding live while you practice, and gives you a structured path: 8 levels, 24 parts, 300+ practices.
Before launch I'd love your honest take: if you've tried meditation or breathwork apps and stopped, what made you stop? And would seeing your body respond change that?
Hi Product Hunt! I'm Yakiv, the maker of ONDA.
I trained as a Gestalt therapist and work as an architect, and I kept running into the same two problems. People start meditating, feel nothing change, and quit. And millions of Apple Watches collect HRV and resting pulse every night that nobody ever reads.
ONDA tries to fix both:
- It learns what's normal for YOU from two weeks of Apple Watch history, then stays quiet until your body actually drifts from that range.
- Practice is a real progression, not a random library: 8 levels, 24 parts, 300+ practices, from the body's basics toward attention and emotions.
- You see your pulse respond live while you practice, so you know it's working.
- Everything is computed on your device. No account, nothing uploaded.
It's iOS only for now and free to start.
One more thing: ONDA is now also a connector in Claude's directory. Ask Claude "is my HRV normal for my age?", "help me breathe before sleep" or "Oura or Whoop?" and you get an interactive card right in the chat — an HRV scale, a live breathing guide, free practices and honest device comparisons.
I'd love your honest feedback: what would make you keep practicing, and what feels off?
