OnchainInvoice

Tamper-evident crypto invoicing with verifiable receipts

Invoice in fiat, accept crypto payments, and generate tamper-evident, verifiable receipts. OnchainInvoice produces cryptographically signed documentation—PDFs, canonical payloads, and proof files—that can be independently inspected. Built as documentation infrastructure between invoicing and on-chain settlement, without custody, manual exchange-rate lookups, spreadsheets or retroactive reconciliation.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 OnchainInvoice started from a very specific frustration I kept seeing (and experiencing): getting paid in crypto is easy, but accounting for it properly is not. Most freelancers and small businesses know they need to invoice in fiat, record the exact fiat value at payment time, and keep defensible records for accountants or tax authorities — but in practice this often means screenshots, manual exchange-rate lookups, and a lot of uncertainty months later. The goal with OnchainInvoice was to remove that manual work entirely. You invoice in fiat, clients pay in crypto, and the platform automatically captures the on-chain payment at the moment it happens and generates a tamper-evident, accountant-ready receipt. I’m building this in public and would really love feedback — especially from freelancers, accountants, or anyone who’s tried to make crypto payments “boring enough” for real-world accounting. What’s missing? What feels unclear? Happy to answer any questions. Thanks for checking it out 🙏
