We launched the service into the public beta phase on April 1 (no joke!) and we'd like to collect as much useful feedback as possible. There's a lot of roads to choose from, but, since we're making the best URL shortener in the world, we'll need to set some priorities. What do you expect from a link shortener? How do you use one? What do you lack in the existing similar services? Why would you choose a paid plan? While in beta, the service is very stable and snappy. You can make use of a free trial (one month long at the moment) to get access to the complete feature set. And to answer the most obvious question, why we need yet another URL shortener: it's the fastest in the world (proof: https://once.to/fast) and aiming to be the most versatile, too.
