Hi Product Hunters! 👋 APP 11/31 of HACKTOBER - OnboardFlow: End onboarding chaos! What it does: We got tired of onboarding chaos. Every time we hired someone new, it turned into the same routine: Slack pings, access requests, spreadsheets. "Who's giving them GitHub?" "Did they get AWS access?" "Can someone add them to Posthog?" It's messy, repetitive, and slows everyone down. So today, we built a fix: OnboardFlow, a simple workflow automation tool that handles employee onboarding from one central place. You choose the department and the system runs the flow automatically. Example: When a developer joins: - The team lead gets an email to select the repos for access - The employee adds their GitHub username - Access is granted automatically Access provisioning includes: - AWS Console - Posthog - GitHub (specific repositories) - Intercom How we did it: Using Pythagora (an AI coding tool), we went from idea to deployed app in 3 hours: - Built department-based workflow automation - Created access provisioning for AWS, GitHub, Posthog, and Intercom - Set up email notifications via Postmark - Added admin dashboard and user data input - Deployed live and open sourced!
