Hi everyone! We are Dima & Seb, founders of on-campus hiring as-a-service. We have been working as web developers in the industry for years, and we noticed that it was consistently slow & painful for recent graduates to become independent contributors - it literally takes them months to ramp up. Turns out that the skills they were taught were not directly applicable to a job, and the actual skills that they needed to succeed - reading other people's code, effectively reading documentation, debugging - weren't really taught to them. We only launched a week ago, but we already have a community of 200+ college students who are doing our projects following the lifecycle of a typical enterprise web development project. We are looking to chat with companies who are interested in on-campus hiring.
