Completed Rides: Successfully completed rides during the reference period. Ride Cancellation Rate: The percentage of trips canceled compared to the total. Driver Rating: The driver’s current rating at the time of level revision. We believe this program rewards hard work, encourages great service, and creates a win-win for both drivers and riders.
