How does it handle roles that are pretty niche or hybrid, like a product marketer who also does enablement work? Curious if the follow-up questions stay realistic or just default to a generic PM template.
@dugenciogl23408 Great question — this is exactly the kind of use case we care about.
It doesn’t start from a fixed PM template. The interview flow is generated from the candidate’s resume + target JD, so a hybrid product marketer / enablement role should pick up signals like positioning, GTM, sales enablement, stakeholder alignment, messaging, and impact measurement.
The follow-ups are also based on the candidate’s actual answer. So if they mention enablement work, the system may probe things like: how did you know the material changed sales behavior, how did you handle sales feedback, or how did you prioritize enablement needs across teams?
It’s not perfect for every niche role yet, especially if the JD is vague, but the core design is JD-grounded and answer-adaptive — not just a generic PM template.
