A property looks fine on Zillow, you get excited, then you actually run the numbers and realize the cash flow is negative and the cap rate is nowhere near where it needs to be. The goal is to filter out bad deals in under a minute so you only spend real time on the ones that actually pencil. You paste in an address, it pulls live property and rent data, runs the full underwriting, and spits out a plain English buy or pass verdict with a confidence score behind it. It's live with paying subscribers. The biggest thing I learned watching real people use it is that nobody trusts a single number. Everyone tries to break the assumptions first.
