Hi, I’m Abenezer, the developer behind Offboarding Transfer Utility. I released the app on Atlassian Marketplace last month, and I’m now sharing it here to get feedback from more Jira administrators. Before building it, I asked Jira admins how they handle ownership when someone leaves. Those discussions helped shape the app: find the departing user’s items, review them, transfer them to a successor and keep an audit history.
