I built OferTix at Nova Analytica (a micro-enterprise in Romania that delivers tech solutions to small businesses). This came from a frustration I kept seeing with B2B firms around me: every commercial offer meant wrestling a Word/PDF template, copy-pasting last month's quote, hand-fixing numbers… and then silence. No one knew if the client opened it, whether it was still valid, or which version was the "real" one. Deals slipped through the cracks; not because the pricing was wrong, but because the process was chaos. Accounting tools didn't fit either. They're built for invoices, not for the back-and-forth of actually winning the deal. So I built OferTix to do one thing well: turn quoting into a fast, trackable workflow. Create a professional, on-brand offer in minutes, send it, and watch it move Draft → Sent → Accepted. Add e-signatures, route approvals, and keep each client's full history in one place. The scope grew with real user feedback; invoice templates, a team layer, approval workflows, and most recently making it installable on Android & iOS (which are still yet to be finalized) so you can send an offer straight from your phone.
