I've been using Odella for a few weeks now, and it's quickly become one of the most valuable tools in my workflow as a Marketing Manager.
What I love most is that it goes far beyond a typical AI chatbot. Instead of just generating ideas, it can actually take ownership of tasks—researching competitors, pulling together campaign insights, organizing information, drafting content, and handling the repetitive work that usually eats up my day. It feels like having an extra team member rather than another piece of software.
Working across multiple campaigns means context is everything, and Odella's ability to remember previous conversations, learn how I work, and build on that over time has made a huge difference. I'm not constantly re-explaining projects or starting from scratch, which has saved me a significant amount of time.
I also really appreciate the transparency. Every action is logged, so I can easily see what it's done and review the work before anything is shared. That gives me the confidence to use it on real marketing projects without feeling like I'm losing control.
For anyone in marketing who's juggling strategy, planning, content, research, and stakeholder management, Odella has been a genuine productivity boost. It's helped me spend less time on admin and more time focusing on the creative and strategic work that actually drives results.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Jordan, and I'm excited to share Odella.
Most "AI tools" hand you a chatbot and wish you luck. We took a different approach: what if you could actually hire AI the way you hire people — give them a role, a way to reach them, connect them to your tools, set their hours, and let them get better at the job over time?
That's Odella. Hire a pre-trained specialist from our marketplace (bookkeepers, paralegals, SEO specialists, sales ops, and more) or build your own from scratch.
What makes it different:
📬 They're actually reachable — every employee comes with their own email account, you can give them a phone number, and they live right inside Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Message them like any other teammate.
🧠 They learn your business — your processes, tools, terminology, and preferences, so output fits you, not a generic template.
🔌 They plug into your stack — CRM, email, calendars, spreadsheets, finance tools (1,000+ integrations) 👀 Everything is auditable — every action is logged, reviewable, and replayable. No black boxes.
⏰ They work on a schedule — set working hours, trigger on events, run tasks in the background
💰 Straight forward pricing — from $0.40/worker/hour, billed only during working hours. No seat fees, no subscriptions. Pause anytime.
We built this for teams that need to move fast without ballooning headcount.
I'll be here all day answering questions — would love your honest feedback on what roles you'd want to hire first. What's the first task you'd hand off? 🙌
Hi @jordanparker6 Trying to answering - i think a absolute first role I'd hire is a Sales Ops specialist to scrape Google Maps, enrich local business leads via Apollo, and push clean deduplicated records right into HubSpot.
Congrats for launch🙌

@jordanparker6 Congrats! looks amazing...a bunch of features are enabled
@vishnu_kant_07 They can @mention each other in slack group messages but they don't natively talk to each other yet. We are focused more on getting a single employee doing real work, validated by customers before scaling to multi-agent set ups.
@mention @jordanparker6 That makes sense! Focusing on getting one AI employee really good at real work first is the right approach. Looking forward to seeing multi-agent collaboration in the future
@jordanparker6 How long does it typically take to deploy an AI employee
@dipanshu_kushwaha5 a few clicks if deploying one from our marketplace.
The per-hour pricing model is a nice touch, especially for tasks that don't need constant monitoring. Set up a custom AI employee for some reporting work and it picked up my connected tools without any fuss.
