I kept starting chats with AI to do the same chores: sort my inbox, watch a repo, check a page every morning.
They stopped the moment I closed the tab. So I built ode.
You give an agent a job once, in plain words.
It runs on our servers on the schedule you set, works in your own apps (Gmail, Calendar, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Drive, Discord, Zoom), and keeps going after you log off.
A few things I cared about:
- It asks first. Anything that sends, posts or deletes shows up as a card you approve. You can pause one agent or all of them.
- It's cheap to leave running. Repeated, mechanical steps become small saved workflows that run without a model call. The agent only wakes up when something needs judgement.
- Your keys stay yours. The vault lets agents use your API and SSH keys in their terminal without ever seeing them.
- Spaces are live pages your agents keep up to date: tables, charts, maps, or a small app.
