Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Said, founder of OctoAIverse. OctoReception exists because I watched a small business lose a customer while the owner was mid-haircut the caller just dialed the next salon on the list.
Small businesses lose real revenue to missed calls every single day, and "hire a receptionist" isn't an option at that scale. So I built one: an AI that answers your line 24/7 (EN/FR/ES), answers questions from YOUR business info, takes messages, books appointments into Google/Outlook, texts callers confirmations, and pings you the moment something needs your eyes.
The last sprint to launch was 95 hours in five days. This morning it went live alongside our keynote.
What I'd love from you: create a free account, take the browser test call (no card needed you'll hear your own receptionist in ~2 minutes), and tell me honestly where it falls short. I'll be in the comments all day and I ship fixes fast — several of this week's improvements came from testers finding things at 2am.
Ask me anything about the product, the build, or the 95 hours.

Being able to set custom call routing rules would be really helpful. Like if someone calls during a procedure the receptionist could automatically text the caller an estimate of when the call will be returned instead of just taking a message.

@abdulsametvgoc This is exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for, so thank you. I built it over the last two days and it's live now. When a procedure starts you tap Set busy on the dashboard and pick how long. The receptionist then tells callers honestly that the team is tied up, still takes their message or booking request, and texts them the time they can expect a callback. The moment the window passes it goes back to normal on its own. Would love for you to try it and tell me what to improve next.
