OctoMail is a virtual secretary for any business that runs on inbound leads: contractors, car dealerships, dental offices, auto shops, RV dealers, and sales teams. It reads every inquiry the moment it lands, sorts real buyers from junk, and replies in your voice, automatically. You approve the very first reply so you can see the quality. After that it runs on its own, and it never quotes a price or promises a date you did not set. Works with your existing Gmail. Free for 7 days, no card.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built OctoMail after watching contractors lose jobs for one simple reason: they replied too late. When a homeowner emails five companies for a quote, the first one to answer usually wins. But if you are on a roof, under a car, or with a patient, your inbox waits, and the lead goes cold.
OctoMail watches your Gmail and works like a tireless secretary. The moment an inquiry lands, it reads it, works out who they are, what they want, their budget and timeline, sets the spam aside, and sends a warm reply in your voice in about 30 seconds.
You stay in control: you approve the very first reply so you can judge the quality yourself. After that it runs on autopilot, and it will never quote a price or promise a date you did not set.
Every lead lives in one calm list: read, scored, and answered. Each morning you get a briefing of who is new, who replied, and who needs you.
Setup takes about a minute with your existing Gmail. The trial is free for 7 days, no card required.
I will be here all day answering questions. If your business runs on inbound leads, I would love to hear what would make this a no brainer for you.

Would love to see a simple dashboard that shows which replies got a response back from the lead and which ones went cold, so I can spot patterns and tweak my pricing or availability notes over time.

@asoglubirs45419 Birsen, this is a genuinely great idea and honestly a better framing than what we had on our roadmap. Today OctoMail shows you the state of every conversation, so you can see who wrote back and who needs a nudge, and there is a morning briefing that summarizes who is new and who replied. But a view that explicitly separates replies that converted from replies that went cold, so you can tune your pricing and availability notes over time, is the right next step for the dashboard. Adding it to the roadmap. Thank you!

@asoglubirs45419 Update: we built it. Reply outcomes are live on the dashboard as of this afternoon: response rate, responded vs waiting vs cold, and a per-service breakdown so you can spot which jobs write back and which go quiet. Thank you for the push, this was a great idea.
