I just built a way to recover the 10% of revenue lost to "Fake" Stripe Declines

The Problem: Most Stripe "Failed Payment" emails are generic. When a customer has a bank hiccup (like issuer_not_available), Stripe just tells them their card is bad. Result? They churn unnecessarily.
