Obserware is a project of mine whose creation spanned over multiple weekends - for that is the best time to learn and build some cool free and open-source software projects. I found that a lot of prepackaged system performance monitors in a variety of GNU/Linux distributions are a bit lacking for additional information and that is the void that this project aims to fill. With that, I designed the user experience to ensure that the information is served to the users in a graphical and interactive manner. Please give this project a try by running `pip3 install obserware` on your GNU/Linux installation with Python 3.10 or above. Feedbacks are very welcome and if you end up liking the project, starring the repository (https://gitlab.com/t0xic0der/obs...) helps a lot! :D The project was written in Python 3.10 programming language, with the use of libraries such as Psutil (https://github.com/giampaolo/psutil), PyQt (https://riverbankcomputing.com/s...), Distro (https://github.com/python-distro...) and PyCPUinfo (https://github.com/workhorsy/py-...) and was built on Fedora 35 Workstation. It also depends on the FontAwesome (https://fontawesome.com/) icons for most of the graphical elements. This project is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (https://gitlab.com/t0xic0der/obs...).
