I built oBizee because I was angry. I kept seeing incredibly talented people — home bakers, crochet artists, handmade jewellery makers — building real businesses on Instagram, taking orders on WhatsApp, manually tracking everything on paper. When I suggested they move to a proper platform, the answer was always the same: "Shopify is too expensive." They were right. For a bootstrapped Indian merchant doing ₹20,000–₹50,000 a month, paying ₹1,500–₹2,000/month in platform fees before making a single rupee of profit is a genuine mental block. So I built oBizee — alone, nights and weekends, while working full-time. No investors. No co-founder. Just code and cold outreach. In 5 months: 29 merchants across 8 states, ₹36.8 lakhs in GMV processed, 2,962 orders fulfilled. Revenue model is 1% per order, capped at ₹10. That's it. India has millions of micro-entrepreneurs who deserve infrastructure built for them — not Western SaaS repriced for India. That's what oBizee is. Would love your feedback.
