Hey Product Hunt! I'm Akshay, and I built NudgeKai because I was genuinely frustrated with my own workflow. The Problem I Had: Every time I worked on a project, I was constantly switching between: - Notion for notes - Trello for tasks - Browser bookmarks for links - A separate tool for changelogs - Google Keep for quick todos By the time I opened all these tools, I'd lose my momentum. I was spending more time managing my project than actually building it. The "Aha" Moment: What really bothered me was how task trackers treat everything the same. "Build authentication system" looks identical to "Fix button alignment." But they're not the same! I think in two layers: Tasks = Big stuff I'm working on Todos = Small things that need doing So in NudgeKai, each task can have its own nested todos (like "Research Stripe API" under "Build payment integration"). And if a todo doesn't belong to a task? Just create it standalone. Simple. What NudgeKai Does: āœ… Tasks with nested todos - Big work with small steps inside āœ… Standalone todos - Quick captures for random things āœ… Link management - API docs, designs, resources all in one place āœ… Simple changelogs - Track what changed without overthinking it āœ… Notes - Because sometimes you just need to write stuff down Everything for your project. One tool. No more context switching. Current Status: NudgeKai is in early access right now. It's fully functional (I use it daily for my own projects), but there are a few minor UI glitches I'm still polishing and more features to come. I could've waited for "perfect," but I'd rather get real feedback and iterate based on what you actually need. Why I'm Launching Here: I'm building this in public. Every decision, every feature, every pivot happens openly. The Product Hunt community has always been supportive of developers building tools, and I genuinely want your feedback: What's confusing? What's missing? Does this actually solve the problem? Would you use this over your current setup? How do you currently manage your projects? What's your biggest frustration with existing tools? What would make NudgeKai instantly useful for you? Thanks for checking it out! I'm here all day to answer questions, take feedback, and chat about developer workflows. šŸ”— Try it: nudgekai.com 🐦 Follow along: @nudge_kai
