I've been using Nudge to track my health data for a while, but being able to add actual coaching from a real life person is a big deal I think. I've never really made changes to my health without a personal touch, so it was a lightening bolt when Nudge added on-demand health coaching. The fact that the coach can see my progress over time from my wearables or Nudge data is a big bonus.
