I built NoxidJobs because hiring still feels unnecessarily fragmented. Job seekers often have to jump between job boards, company websites, application portals and email threads. Employers face the same problem from the other side: job ads in one place, applicants in another, spreadsheets, inboxes, onboarding docs and eventually separate HR tools. The long-term vision for NoxidJobs is to become a one-stop shop for hiring and HR - a place where employers can post jobs, manage applicants, onboard new hires and eventually handle more of the employee lifecycle in one platform. This launch is the first step: a UK-focused job board with a lightweight Applicant Tracking System for business users. This is just the start and I'm looking forward to start evolving the product based on real feedback from employers and candidates.
