Hi Product Hunt
I'm Ryan, the maker of NowBoard.
For years I worked with many digital signage systems, along with streaming and media control, in stadiums, on transport and on public displays. Again and again I saw the same problem. The screens were on, but the content was out of date, because one small change needed a designer, a specialist or a support ticket.
So we built NowBoard for the people who stand next to those screens: the café manager, the receptionist, the school office, the gym front desk.
Here is what it does:
Ready-made Boards. Pick from 100+ templates for menus, notices, timetables, calendars and welcome screens, then add your logo and colours.
Change it once. Edit a price or an opening time on your phone, and every Board that uses it updates.
Any TV. Use a web browser, the Android TV and Google TV app, the Windows app, or our plug-in NowBoard Player.
Live data. Connect a Google Sheet, a CSV file or an API, and your screens stay current.
Ad Space. Sell slots on your screens to local businesses. You approve every ad, and Stripe handles the payment.
The Free plan runs one TV, with no card and no time limit.
I would love your feedback, especially:
1. What would you put on the TVs in your building?
2. What stopped you from using digital
3. What should we build next?
I'm here to answer questions. Thanks for taking a look!
