Hey everyone! Super excited to finally launch my first real product as a solo founder. I've spent the past 20 years coding for most of the day, all the while addicted to reading fiction, and I finally decided to mix those two passions (they say it isn't work if you love doing it?). This product was built from the ground up by suggestions from our growing Discord community of writers, and we'd love to hear what you think of it (if you happen to want a feature, I'm just a PM away, and very active). Looks very neat – I think it would be helpful for students writing on longer text forms as well...? Do you have any plans for student reductions? 😇

@pattrn very cool product I was actually looking for something exactly like this. I like the Trello like Kanban boards for ideation, I am actually using this to write a business book and not a novel. It seems like a good tool so far. I really like the word count part, as that will help motivate me everyday. Will keep you updated!

I've been having trouble for two days. I can't access my books on the site. I can't even get the time sign in page. Please help.

I'm liking Novelpad, but the word count is giving me some issues. Yesterday it said I had written negative 14074 words, and two days before that, negative 10,279. Both days I downloaded my novel to Word. Does it remove words from my word count when I use the Download to Word feature? How can I fix it? ?makers

I was just thinking the reason i cannot finish my book is because I cannot organize it and now i found novelpad! it's my first day using it but i have been more productive then ive been in months!! I love how easy it is to organize my ideas! Is the program new? Would explain a lot - i see so much room for improvement. Also how safe is it in regards to our work being hacked? Im always hyper paranoid. But definitely 9/10 stars!!
