Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m excited to share NovaMind AI — an AI teammate for support, lead engagement, and workflow automation. The idea came from a simple problem: small teams are expected to respond quickly, qualify leads, keep customers happy, and move work across departments — but they usually do not have enough people or time to do all of that manually. NovaMind AI is designed to help teams: Triage incoming support tickets by intent, sentiment, priority, and confidence Match tickets with knowledge-base articles Draft helpful auto-replies for common issues Score and nurture leads Route work across teams through automated workflows Track support and workflow performance from one dashboard The goal is not to replace the team. The goal is to remove the repetitive triage and handoff work so people can focus on the conversations that actually need them.
