Personalized bulk email with per-recipient PDF attachments, sent from your own Gmail or Microsoft mailbox. CSV + Word template = 500 letters in 20 minutes. For accountants, brokers, bookkeepers, and anyone who batches client notice letters.

Love that it sends from your own mailbox instead of some no-reply address, that detail alone makes the whole thing feel professional for client comms. The CSV plus Word template combo is such a smart way to keep it familiar instead of forcing a new editor.
@zzet6v8x Thanks İzzet — the "from your own mailbox" bit was actually the whole design constraint. Every alternative I tried before starting sent from their own infrastructure and instantly felt like a marketing blast to the recipient. Client-comms use case doesn't survive that.
Same reasoning for CSV + Word template: professionals already have templates they've refined over years, and their client data lives in accounting or CRM software as CSV. Forcing them into a new WYSIWYG editor felt like the wrong door.
Curious — what's your current workflow? Anything you'd want NoticeFlow to handle that we don't yet?
love how it just uses your actual gmail or outlook instead of some weird middleman service, feels way more trustworthy for client stuff. the csv plus word template workflow is honestly such a smart call, basically exactly what accountants need.
@narustabilkog5 Thanks Çınar — "no middleman" was actually the whole design constraint from day one.
The CSV + Word template call came from watching accountants (and bookkeepers, brokers, property managers) already work in exactly that pattern — CSVs from Xero, templates from Word. Forcing them into a new WYSIWYG editor felt like the wrong door.
