Notejoy is a collaborative notes app for you and your team. It helps you get your most important work out of the noise of email & Slack and into a fast and focused workspace.
I've been using Notejoy for over a year and a half and have hundreds of notes in my Notejoy notebooks. I use it in my role as a sales/ product specialist at Ingram Micro every day; jotting down notes from customer conversations, meeting minutes, and creating standard operating procedures that I share with the rest of my team. Notejoy is so quick that I use it as an instant "short term memory" while having conversations with our partners about complex situations with details that I have to remember. My team has also used OneNote in the past but Notejoy has turned out to be simpler to use for my team with basically no learning curve.
Pros:
Notejoy is fast, with a lightning fast search that helps me spend more time creating notes and less time organizing them.
Cons:
Having a hard-time thinking of any.

Notejoy has figured out how to simplify what others have complicated when it comes to collaborating and sharing notes across teams.
Unlike competitive solutions (Asana, Evernote and Confluence), on-boarding colleagues is effortless. No training is required because of its intuitive interface. User tools are easily accessible and notes are well organized. The mobile app syncs as expected so notes are accessible on the go. My team has quickly embraced this product for those very reasons. We use it pretty much daily.
The product feels like a white canvas; not a cluttered window filled with distracting buttons, bars and ribbons. When using Notejoy, I feel focused and productive. This subtle point will be appreciated by those who crave clean interfaces.
Pros:
Intuitive, fast and easy to use across teams. Plus a fresh product design.
I've been using Notejoy since its earlier version back in April! It's a beautiful text editor that makes it easy to organize and find things, unlike gDocs. I would say the biggest pros are the way it sorts / organizes files, and how clean the actual editor is. It's also good on collaboration, but that's almost a given.
Pros:
Beautiful text editor
Cons:
I think they've fixed most of the cons

I've been using Notejoy for almost a year now, and I still use it almost daily. Even though I don't work with a team, I find Notejoy to be very valuable at keeping my thoughts organized. It has been proved extra useful for content creation and organization: from noting down brainstorm ideas, to posts drafting, to content calendar creation, to summarizing interview highlights, it does the work efficiently through a very smooth UI (something that other text productivity tools lack).
Its built in collaboration tools has proven worthy for me and my wife when planning together our future trips and big projects! And I'm sure a collaborative team would find them easy to use, non-invasive, efficient, and not having a steep learning curve.
Pros:
Beautifully designed, lightweight, stable. Helps you keep your notes and thoughts organized.
Cons:
I will be extra happy when they launch the Android app :)
