Noteithub gives ChatGPT persistent memory for productivity. Anything a user plans or discusses in ChatGPT — tasks, goals, journal entries, knowledge graphs — is saved automatically and stays available across every conversation, on a web dashboard, and via Notion export. Instead of losing action items when a chat ends, users get goal-organized todo lists with smart deduplication, one-command conversation journaling, and visual knowledge graphs, all created without leaving ChatGPT.
Would love to see a way to share specific memory entries with teammates directly from the dashboard. Right now everything is pretty solo, but a lot of my planning in ChatGPT is for projects where I need to hand off a task list or journal to a collaborator. Even just a shareable read-only link to a curated subset of items would be huge.
A natural next step would be letting users pin certain memories as must-keep so they never get cleaned up or merged. Right now smart dedup is helpful but a bit scary for stuff like onboarding docs or a long-running project plan. A simple pin or lock toggle per note would give peace of mind without making the dashboard complicated.
a small ask from someone who lives in google calendar: let me connect NoteitHub to my calendar so tasks with deadlines show up there automatically, or at least push reminders through it. would make the goal tracking actually stick for me.
finally a way to keep all my chatgpt tasks from disappearing into thin air, the goal-organized todo lists with smart deduplication actually work and saved me from double-booking.
The deduplication on my todo list caught me off guard, in a good way. I dumped a messy brain dump into ChatGPT and it sorted everything into clean goals without me lifting a finger.
the way the knowledge graph threads sit next to the goal-organized todos makes it feel less like a storage layer and more like ChatGPT finally has a memory that actually reflects how you think
