What's cool about it:

• Set and track your major goals for the year

• Break them down into bite-sized tasks

• Track progress with a clean visual dashboard

• Tag and filter goals (because life isn't one-dimensional!)

My favorite part? You can turn those vague goals like "learning a language" into actual, doable steps. Each big goal can have its task list. Progress over perfection, right?

💡 Just upgraded NotaTask's feedback game!

After chatting with many of you about feature requests and bug reports, I realized we needed a better way to hear your voice. So, I've added Canny integration to ensure your ideas shape NotaTask's future.

Now you can:

• Submit bug reports (because nobody likes those pesky bugs!)

• Share your feature ideas

• Upvote suggestions from other users

• Track what's being worked on

• See our public roadmap

Users want to have more control over task reminders, we've completely revamped our notification system.

You can now schedule your own custom reminders for each task (goodbye one-size-fits-all approach!). Plus, if you're not a fan of our default 1-hour heads-up, you can now switch it off entirely in your preferences.

Custom reminder limits:

• Free: 1 per task

• Standard: 3 per task

• Premium: 5 per task

Super stoked to announce that we've added Progressive Web App (PWA) support! Now you can keep your notes, tasks, and goals at your fingertips by installing NotaTask directly on your phone - no App Store needed.

I've been hearing from many of you who wanted a more mobile-friendly experience, and while we're working on native apps, I didn't want to keep you waiting. Just hit "Add to Home Screen" and you'll get that app-like experience you've been asking for.

Been testing this myself for the past week, and it's made a huge difference in how I use NotaTask throughout the day. Perfect for quick task updates and jotting down ideas on the go.

Finally scratched my own itch with this one. Ever lost track of when you last changed your car's oil? Or scrambled to find medical records during a doctor's visit? Been there. That's exactly why I built our new document system.

Think of it as your personal life archive. Every important record, document, and life event - all in one secure vault. But here's the cool part - YOU decide how to organize it. No more fitting your life into someone else's filing system.

I'm pretty paranoid about security (aren't we all?), so every file is locked down tight. Only you can access your stuff. Period.

Been testing it myself for weeks - tracking everything from my passport renewal to gym injuries (note to self: maybe skip leg day sometimes 😅). It's wild how much mental load it takes off when you know exactly where everything is.

For my fellow tech nerds: there aren't any sketchy third-party services involved. Built it right into NotaTask's core.
