Thank you so much for a teardown, @frank_denbow, we watched it with our team yesterday! As you said in the video, for now our tool is mainly positioned as a tool for internal feedback exchange. Digital agencies use not8 for user feedback collection as well, but I agree that the fact that the user has to download the extension creates an additional barrier, that's why we do have a widget in our roadmap. Basically, you will just have to install it on your website, switch ON and you can start collecting user feedback straightaway.
