I built Nostavia Space because I was tired of meditation apps adding to the noise in my head. Every time I opened one, I heard a voice telling me to 'visualize a stream' or 'feel my toes.' I didn't want a story. I wanted silence. I wanted a tool that worked like a biological switch. So we stripped everything away. No gurus. No guided tracks. Just physics. We built an optical biosensor to measure stress objectively, and we designed 'The Tuner' so you can manually slide your brain state from focus to sleep. It’s an instrument, not a content library.
