Most lifting apps just log sets. NorLevel makes the decisions. Its adaptive engine autoregulates your volume, triggers deloads when you stall, and rotates exercises when progress stalls — continuously, based on your actual performance. No spreadsheets, no guessing. Just smarter training that adapts to you, whatever your level.

Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Hayk, a solo dev and lifter. I built NorLevel because I was tired of doing my own programming by hand — tracking volume landmarks, deciding when to deload, guessing whether to add a set or back off. I'd basically turned my training into a spreadsheet, and I figured the logic could just... run itself.
So NorLevel isn't another set logger. Its adaptive engine actually makes the training decisions: it ramps your volume based on how your sessions go, triggers a deload when you stall, and rotates exercises when progress dries up, continuously, off your real performance rather than a fixed template.
It works whether you're on your first program or years in, and there's a free tier so you can try the engine before committing.
I'd love your feedback, especially from other lifters. Does the autoregulation match how you'd actually adjust your own training? What would make you trust an app to make those calls? Happy to answer anything about how the engine works under the hood.

Spent a week with it and the autoregulation actually felt like it knew what it was doing — my bench volume dropped on its own when I started grinding reps. Love that it swaps exercises before I get bored too.

@zmraeredoandzo Thanks, swapping is also needed to stress your muscles differently so they don't get used to only one pattern.

The autoregulation actually feels like it knows what it's doing. I stalled on bench and it dropped my volume before I would've noticed, then swapped in a variation I wouldn't have tried. Genuinely impressed.

@ebuldum84782 Nice to hear. Sometimes we need to change stalled exercise and come back later to get progress again.

Tried it for a week and was surprised the deload kicked in exactly when my bench stalled, no input from me. Cuts out the spreadsheet juggling I used to do.

@nuriyezd79 Nice to hear, that's what I have tried to achieve applying my math knowledge to science evidence for hypertrophy training
