I built NokChat after seeing how many small businesses struggle to reply to website visitors fast enough — especially outside business hours. Live chat tools were expensive, complex, or required constant human involvement.
We wanted to create a simple, no-code AI chatbot that learns directly from your own content (FAQs, docs, product info) and actually helps convert visitors into customers. Along the way, we focused heavily on accuracy, mobile experience, and making setup take minutes, not days.
