Before AI, I used gradients everywhere. Now I avoid them because they’ve become the default on almost every AI-generated website. I just built NoiseGradient, a simple tool for making gradients that are beautiful and aesthetic. Pick your colors, choose a gradient style (organic, linear, radial, conic, etc.), add some noise, and export. Very useful for: - Landing pages and hero sections - App backgrounds and splash screens - Social posts, slides, and print

Just built a small tool called Noise Gradient. It’s a quick way to make beautiful textured gradients for backgrounds, figured it might be useful for others too.
I made it because I kept needing gradients with a bit of noise in them and didn’t want to overthink it or bounce between tools. You pick some colors, choose a style, add texture, and export or copy the CSS.
Simple, fast, and honestly more handy than I expected.
Curious what you’d use it for or what you’d want to see added.
Nice work on this! I've been using gradients a lot lately and this looks super clean.
One thing that would make this even better: real-time preview while dragging the sliders. Right now it looks like you have to release to see the change? Being able to see it update live would make the experience way smoother.
Also, have you thought about adding preset thumbnails? Like showing what each preset actually looks like before clicking it. And maybe a gallery section where people can browse finished gradients for inspiration – we added something similar in our tool and saw really good engagement.
Quick question: any plans for an API? We're building an AI agent that creates videos as React components and being able to programmatically generate gradients would be really useful for our rendering pipeline.
