Nodl is a browser-based visual node editor for creating immersive, reactive video and 2D/3D experiences in real time. It combines an intuitive node workflow, live visualization, ready-to-use templates, multi-cursor collaboration, and a marketplace, making it easier for creators to build interactive visuals without complex coding or heavy software setup.

I’m one of the creators of Nodl, a web-based creative sandbox where making digital art feels like building with LEGO bricks: you assemble visual blocks, connect them together, and gradually create complex visuals from simple components.
With Nodl, you can experiment directly in your browser and create animated backgrounds, short-form content visuals, voice-over visuals, abstract generative art, and more.
The editor supports 2D, 3D, particles, and other visual systems (such as SDF). You can render your work as a video, take screenshots, or even publish your creations to our Marketplace.
Key features you can try right now
Infinite Node Canvas: Press “TAB” or “B” to drop nodes and start connecting shapes, particles, and effects.
Real-Time Preview: Every single change is visualized instantly.
Community Marketplace: Publish your creations, earn XP, comment, or open someone else’s work inside your editor to remix it.
Deterministic Timeline: Animate values easily (e.g., rotating a cube from 0 to 360 degrees over 3 seconds).
Copy-Paste Sharing: Select your nodes, press CTRL+C, and paste them directly to a friend. Project sharing has never been this simple.
Live Collaboration: Real-time multi cursor collaboration, with WebSockets !
Right now, we’re mainly looking for feedback. There is no pricing and no login required to try the Node Editor or explore templates directly in your browser. You only need an account if you want to publish your work.
