I'm the creator of Noctelle, and I'm really excited to share it with you all today.

The story behind Noctelle is pretty simple: I was trying to find and audit my own subscription leaks and unwanted recurring fees. When I looked for tools to help me with this, I was frustrated to find that almost every single option required me to connect my bank logins, create cloud accounts, or pay monthly fees just to analyze my own data.

I didn't want to share my financial life with some third-party server, and I didn't want to spend money just to save money.

So, I built Noctelle. It’s a 100% offline subscription and bank statement auditor. You just download your CSV transaction history from your bank and drop it in. Everything is processed locally on your device, meaning your data never leaves your computer, there are no accounts, and absolutely zero cloud backend.
