As a non-EU immigrant, I applied to 200+ jobs to find out in the last stage that they don't relocate international talent. LinkedIn, Glassdoor and most other job boards don't verify such information nor have filters for it. There are hacks on how to land an interview (e.g. getting a local phone number or changing your country on LinkedIn) but at the end of the day, many companies are not even considering relocating people. Of course, in the end, relocating or not depends on the team's budget, your home country and experience. We have 129 companies on our list that did relocate lots of foreign talent and it's always better to focus on those that know how to do it! If you ever applied for a job abroad, where are you from and which country did you target?

Hey Hanna, I've been looking for something like this! Applying to jobs abroad has been so frustrating with companies not being clear about relocation policies. One question tho--do you also include smaller startups or mainly big companies? Thanks for putting this together, it's super helpful!
