Our goal is to make organic feedback sexy again. Getting feedback from your users is the pre-requisite of any productive A/B experiments. However, the trend has been to 'ignore' the noise and focus on real actions by your users.

Hey hunters! I'm Dion the founder of Nobokye. I'm really excited to share this product that we have been working on for some time. I used to be a enterprise software builder, and later a developer at a SaaS start-up. I'm guessing, like me, most of you are familiar with 'dealing' with users. It's tough and lots of time is wasted on building a product that they don't really want. Utilizing A/B analytics has been of tremendous help, but we soon realize that there was still a gap in modern product development. Getting feedback from your users is the pre-requisite of any productive A/B experiments. People often mistake that it's one or the other, when in reality, they both complement each other. Consequently, the trend has been to 'ignore' the noise and focus on real actions by your users. In our analysis, we found 2 reasons to this problem: 1. There's a barrier to providing feedback on the customer's end, 2. Lack of Scalability on the developers/company end. Nobokye aims to resolve this problem by: 1. Reducing the the barrier of providing feedback through a powerful graphical feedback system (SmartTrack) and automatic meta-data collection 2. Utilize machine-learning algorithms to reduce hundreds/thousands of feedbacks into just a few manageable clusters. What we envision is a service that will be continuously used far into the life cycle of the product, where product development is driven based on analysing organic feedback.
